🎄
Christmas is right around the corner and I wanted to share with you what I do for Christmas gifts for the boys.
The boys don’t get a huge pile of gifts, I prefer to spread the gifts throughout the year with experiences. This makes Christmas less overwhelming for the boys and mummy’s bank balance haha!
Here is what we do each year :
Something to wear - this year they have cute matching denim jackets from https://instagram.com/dinky.denim?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
Something to read - I have the most beautiful book from Wonderbly https://www.wonderbly.com/personalized-products/your-night-before-christmas-book
It’s a wonderful book that you can personalise with your children’s name. You can personalise the character to look just like your little one too which is super cute!
Little loves reading books that features him as the character.
I love this book from Wonderbly, it’s a classic story, one of our favourite Christmas tales. The illustrations are beautiful and keep your little one interactive hunting the letters of their name!
I definitely recommend a beautiful book from Wonderbly to gift this Christmas to a family member, friend or teacher! You can also use this code BANYB9KS to save 15% until 3rd November 2023

Something I need - this year they have dressing gowns, you can give things like socks, toothbrush etc.
Something to share - they usually get a game or large toy to share, this year I’ve opted for orchardtoys games. https://instagram.com/orchardtoys?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
We have a few dinosaur games for them to share and a puzzle.
Something to play - Titch has a sensory den from early years resources. Which is supper cool, it’s a tuff tray with stand and blackout cover, inside I can add cushions, blankets, lights and other sensory toys for him.
Little has a Lego station which I’ve obtained preloved Lego and cleaned them as well as colour ordered. I’ve then upcycled the trofast unit from the playroom and added cute labels from @this_sonny_day (go check her out for all your personalised needs)
We also have a stocking each which is usually full of a few fidget type toys or craft supplies. Nothing too expensive.
The boys have a Christmas Eve box each too which this year they have a book each, jammies, reindeer food, Santa key and food tray, chocolate coins (which I’ve always been gifted by my mother since I was a little girl) and a few bits that are personalised.
As for a gift from the big man, well that’s always a small gift, something like a small toy or activity book, it’s usually left near the front door or fireplace too with a special sparkly tag (all the tags are reusable and from Emma at @this_sonny_day )
I hope you like this year’s Christmas gift guide, hopefully it inspires you and just know it’s not about the mountain of gifts, it’s about the memories. Grab a special book from Wonderbly and snuggle up together in your matching jammies with full tummies and soak up the Christmas magic!
Comment and let me know what your gift traditions are below and as always, like and share!
