Moving into the big room!

This week the little adventurer moved into the large room which has been renovated and redecorated into a dinosaur theme (of course, for the Dino mad little boy)

the adventurer in training organised the room, made sure all the things in the room were familiar as to not cause too much disruption for the little adventurer!

Once the room was finished the little adventurer was shown into his new room! He opened the door, charged into the room and gave the biggest smile and said “wow” he loved every little thing in the room, loves the colour, the big giant leaves on the ceiling and most of all, loved his toddler bed! He dived straight onto the bed and squished himself into the pillows for a snuggle!

The little adventurer investigated his new toy cupboard and found some toys, he took a book to bed and laid down to read (look at the pictures and lifted the flaps) He found his shape sorter and popped all the shapes into the correct holes! He then found all the rainbow bits the adventurer in training made him and grabbed them to have a closer look.

After a nice bath and story, the little adventurer enjoyed his usual bedtime snuggles to fall asleep too, he was placed into his bed, tucked in and given his bunny! He slept all night and didn’t fall out once (the adventurer in training was worried he may have fallen out)

In the morning the little adventurer woke up at 7:30 chatting away to himself, the adventurer in training went into his room to find him sat in his bed with a beaming smile, he said “hiya” jumped off his bed and ran to give her a huge cuddle!

Extremely pleased with how smoothly the transition went and such a big milestone for the little adventurer, but as always he took it in his stride!
