2. Make Christmas cards.

Little ones really do enjoy having crafty activities during Christmas. Making your own Christmas cards is a lovely activity to do together. You can make your card using A4 card for you can buy cards already made plain ones. We love hand and feet prints on our Christmas cards they are just too cute. Another way is using stickers to create a festive scene or i’ll let your little one paint beautiful Christmas cards.

If you have a little one in school this is great for them to practice writing their names too.

3. Baking!

You all know how much we love to bake and Christmas is even more special for us to bake. We love making gingerbread man for the family, decorating room to look like our family too.

You can bake biscuits together how about making a spectacular Christmas cake together something we can enjoy on Christmas day.

If you would like any easy recipes just let me know and I’m sure I can find something for you!

4. Christmas light walk.

Are you lucky enough to have Christmas lights outside in your neighbourhood, maybe your neighbours have lights out outside their house, maybe someone has a huge display of beautiful Christmas lights. This is a lovely thing to do together, wrap up warm and go for a walk around the block for a couple of blocks and see all the beautiful festive lights together.

5. Tree decorating.

I know this is not going to be for everybody and I know exactly how it feels to lead a perfect Christmas tree. But hear me out, get your children a small 3 foot tree that they can decorate themselves, you can buy them some special decorations maybe even put them in an advent calendar for them so I can decorate the tree every day up till Christmas. This gives them ownership of their own Christmas tree, One they can decorate, one they can have in their room or playroom and it will help keep them off of your Christmas tree.

What is your favourite Christmas activities to do with your children would love to hear all about those drop us a comment, if you’ve enjoyed this please do like and share.
